GREAT STAFF AND LOCATION.nStaff is always helpful.nCars always cleaned and fueled ready to go.nNever waited more then five minutes (With a reservation)nSome cars get dirty as this location is next to a large dirt lot and any wind will just bring that dirt over onto the cars there are ready to go.nAllison (Manager) is always there willing to help you if you have any questions or concerns. She will go over your contract to make sure you understand everything. Even an after hours drop box on site.nThis location recently changed some staff and even with new staff my car was ready for me. (I make sure to have a reservation and a credit card) Only issues I ever seen are customers not having a credit card in there own name. I rent here at least twice a month.

Had an awesome experience here! The manager was super helpful. I had to make a couple changes to my reservation and she took care of everything. We were in and out within 10 minutes.

This place is sooooo slow! The workers aren't in any rush to get you your vehicle and everything is so lackadaisical. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 9:20 am and didn't leave until almost an hour later. If you can rent from somewhere else, do it.

Worst attempted car rental experience of my life! We went to pick up our vehicle around 11:30am on 01/05/2020. Our transaction, with insurance and deposit, exceeded the daily limit on the driver’s Corporate credit card that we were trying to use and was therefore declined. We then requested to use my Corporate credit card instead as it did not have a limit. It was declined again and the agent suggested we call out credit card to let them know it was not fraud. We did exactly that and went through a recorded prompt which told us that they would allow the upcoming large transaction and there was nothing further we needed to do. Well, it was then declined again and because it was the 3rd decline on our reservation that it would be cancelled and we could not pick up a new reservation until tomorrow. The issue with that is we need to leave at 4am. I asked to speak with a manager. A dark-haired woman came out of the office (not sure she was actually a manager) and stated it was company policy and there was nothing they could do for us. I asked for her name so that I could make a complaint, but she refused to provide it to me. Said she did not have to tell me. We then called our credit card company again were able to connect to a live person. She advised us that the reason for the declines is that Hertz had entered the incorrect billing zip code for our cards. They were entering the zip code off our of ID’s and did not ask us if that was the correct info. When I advised both ladies of this, thinking they would help when they realized it was their fault. The first agent we were dealing with (red-haired woman) told me it’s company policy to enter the zip code off the ID and not to ask if that is correct and repeated that there was nothing they could do. They were both extremely rude in their communication. Finally the first agent handed me a brochure, said I can call their Corporate office, and asked me to leave. I will never rent here again.

Extremely rude service and very poor customer interaction. The manager Allison hung up on my wife as she was gathering information on a returned rental. The manager Allison was on speaker phone with wife and I couldn’t believe the level of poor customer service. I’m truly amazed that this organization has allowed this unchecked behavior. I do not recommend this location at all. It’s very alarming that this location has trending negative reviews like this and the upper corporate leadership isn’t correcting this barbaric behavior.
