Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy online rental process, even with the multiple changes I had to make prior to the rental date. Very courteous and thorough employees both at the pick up time and return time. Quick in and out. I would definitely use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again!

well here it is from start to finish these dude sold me their extra insurance to cost me way more money than the car was even costing my insurance company to pay for it at this location the first guy told me something was going to happen and it didn't the second guy told me something that happened it was definitely going to happen because they got a lot of money for me so that's a great sales pitch watch out for that extra insurance

The personnel were excellent and the vehicle, by and large, very good. I did have the misfortune of getting a flat and discovered that the jack was missing,. But other than that, all was good,

Like enterprise for most part but this location is not great. Cars are too hot and they do not service the cars between clients. Mine had no washer fluid and car smelled awful.

Asked to speak with manager, agent attempted to resolve issue, and seemed to do everything but put me through. Wnen the manager came in the line, he apoligized for wait, offered to look into my invoice and call me back. I assume the outcome was not in my favor as justification for not getting back with me. Poor customer service at this location.
