Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved for 4pm pickup at our hotel. Tried to call at 4:30 and got message that office is closed. Called 877 number and person was not helpful. She said it was my fault that there was no car because I didn't call 2 hours before to confirm. Agent did not tell us of this requirement when we reserved. They did eventually get a car to us but took more than an hour. Agent that picked us up was nice but she just kept blaming another location for the mess up. No apology from anyone, just blame game, I will not use them again.

This location closed early and left me hanging. Enterprise customer service told me they close 30 minutes early if no one shows up by then. Fair enough I guess but it's never taken me 30 mins. to get my reservation and I had to shuttle back to the airport to get a car there. Not impressed.

It's close to the peppermill

I rented a car for a road trip on one of the days during the 4th of July weekend. The person at the counter was having a very busy day with lot of returns and pick ups. In spite of that, he was professional in handling the customers and was very friendly.
