Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst customer service ive ever had somewhere. Predators and liars in the reno branches. Needed a car due to mine being in the shop. Warranty should cover it all right? Nope Enterprise Reno decides it wont honor the contract it has and tries to charge me extra. Thank you Joel for treating me like im an invalid! Thank you Joels manager for trying to tell me that im wrong when I have the contract between you and CarMax sitting in front of me! LIARS AND CHEATS

Terrible experience, would never rent through them again. Make sure to take pictures of any issues with the rental before signing.

Vehicle was supposed to be an suv and scheduled for pickup in the morning. The vehicle was not ready even though I didn’t arrive for pickup until the early afternoon. I was told I’d have to wait about an hour or could instead pickup a mid size sedan in 30 minutes. The sedan provided was very dirty on the outside and inside with an odor of cigarette smoke. I was not happy with this.

Enterprise service was great! Dealership needs to open their doors on time.
