I love Enterprise ud83eudd29ud83eudd29ud83eudd29nnI've been using them for about 30 years now and the customer service experience has been consistently stellar. They go out of their way to be helpful. They even gave me a ride to the hotel after dropping off the car.nnVery affordable rates and no Micky Mouse nonsense in the rental agreements.

My car was in a head on collision while parked in front of my house. It was a really inconvenient situation but the staff at Enterprise were a bright spot in the whole yucky process. The were friendly and communicated well with me, offered options, and helped me find something suitable for me and my family while my vehicle was being fixed. When the first vehicle ended up being a little too much for me (I’m barely 5’ tall and started with a 2021 4Runner) they were great about finding me an alternative that I didn’t have to jump to get into. They communicated with me and my shop and generally just made a bad situation easier.

Great renting car. However upon returning the rental, accused of smoking (we do not smoke) and damage to driver door. No damage when we returned the car Sunday and accusal us unnerving! Not a good method of customer service; thought this company was better than this.

The Enterprise Reno Downtown Rental location on W Fourth is my go-to place when I need a rental auto. It clearly ranks as the best place to rent an auto in Reno, especially with Russ as the location manager there. He, Adam and others there are professional, efficient and friendly. All are a pleasure to work with! Plus, the cars have always been clean and ready at the reserved time.

I have always rented with Enterprise. Specifically, because they will pick you up and take you back home when you return the vehicle. Unfortunately, they aren't providing this service because of COVID. It is extremely inconvenient but I like their service otherwise and I always get great rates. I highly recommend this company.
