Nick was awesome. Our flight came in at 11:30 PM and while other rental car agencies claimed to be closed and limited reservations - Nick was waiting for us in the parking lot at baggage check in our own personal shuttle. He even knew we were skiing so he had the weather update for us during our very short shuttle ride. He brought us to our rental car (which he upgraded for us because of a broken ski rack which he knew we would need). Our car was immaculate - well maintained, clean as could be and 100 times more enjoyable to drive than any car you’d get from a rental agency. He takes care of the gas and doesn’t charge you an outrageous price for a very convenient perk. Our return flight home left early, and Nick was there to meet us at 5:30 AM on a Sunday. He was always professional, courteous and very friendly. Avoid the headache of sitting in line at the car rental counter and rent from Nick. Seamless, super easy, and you’re supporting a small business. Thanks for all your help Nick - we will be renting from you again!!

In all my travels, and renting cars, this has been my very best experience. The service was superb. As soon as I touched down, I got a text message with exact instructions of where I would be met at the baggage exit curbside, and taken to the luxurious Jeep ( love the heated seats). No paperwork to fill out, and the courteous manager said they would fill out the gas at the lowest priced gas station, no additional charges. I recommend this company without reservations.

We vacationed in Lake Tahoe last week and have to say that Reno Tahoe Rental Car welcomed us landing in Reno making our car rental seamless and smooth. Nick was extremely friendly and as enthusiastic about our stay as we were! When we dropped off the car, he greeted us outside immediately, asking about our trip and our experience with the car (which was perfect). Overall, extremely friendly service, very efficient, and affordable. Also, we were there during a blizzard and felt extremely safe in the four-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires. We truly appreciated everything about Reno Tahoe Rental Car!

I would give our experience more then 5 stars if possible! We absolutely enjoyed our trip in the Jeep Gladiator. Landed in Reno to a full blizzard and Nick picked us up from the airport immediately upon arriving and took us to there facility where the jeep was warmed up and waiting. The snow tires was an absolute must for our trip to South Lake Tahoe because of road conditions and we had no issues whatsoever and it handle the road conditions with ease. Upon returning we was running late for our flight and they handled the gas and clean up for us which made our morning drive and flight stress free. We will be renting from them again whenever we return to the area and would recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend this outfit for your car rental. We went skiing in Lake Tahoe and had the right car for all the snow. Can do attitude and flexibility that you just don’t get from the big car rental companies. Quality clean cars. Competitive pricing, first class service and glad to support small local business.
