Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent experience. I was waiting for the high pressure up sell on the insurance, the car, etc.The reps let me know my options, but never once made me feel like I was fighting them off. I appreciated that. The process was seamless here too. I love when the cars are at the airport. But more than that, the enterprise desk had more reps available and got me through quicker than the other rental counters at the airport.

Enterprise gave us the best price of any rental place in Reno at the airport; check in was swift and easy. We spent maybe 2 minutes at the kiosk in the airport and then were told to go across to pick up our car. In the rental car garage, they had several staff to assist people; we had reserved a compact car. They were out so offered us a Buick Cascata convertible, a very nice upgrade. Car was loaded. Drove quite well too and handled the mountain roads around Lake Tahoe and in the Sierras very well. Return took about 2 minutes. I joined their reward program and received a discount on my rental too. Very pleased.

The staff in Truckee, CA were great! We were stranded by another rental company who took our reservation, but no longer had a location in Truckee. The staff graciously helped us and had us on our way.

I love Enterprise, they are open late and on the weekend (RNO) So I know that I can get a car.nIt is so easy and quick to get in and out. The selection of vehicles is great. Always drive off the lot happy with a nice clean car. Kevin
