Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was supposed to rent an F-150 or equivalent, but they gave me a Colorado, which is one class smaller. The person who seemed to be in-charge stated that the new Colorado are much bigger now, and compared to a Nissan Frontier- the Colorado is large....only problem is- the f 150 is larger than both and I rented an F150! What if I absolutely needed the extra space? I could tell immediately that the guy already excuses lined up so I just accepted it, as I was leaving for vacation. There is a distinction on the enterprise site that clearly specifies that I wanted an F 150 or equivalent. I don’t care if the 2020 Colorado is big, give me a 2020 F 150.

Terrible experience and really disappointed that they would rent such poor quality cars, to the point where they were not safe! First car the radio was broken, the engine light was on and the inside smelled terrible. Unfortunately the replacement car was even worse and when driving 50 MPH we had to drive with hazards because the car was shaking so much. And we spent hours having to deal with these issues.

This location is currently closed due to COVID-19 but for some reason they still let you book a car here through their website. Save yourself time and effort, book it in Tarrytown or White plains
