Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed van to transport dining room hutch to family member. Matt, Jeff and Jay were great. I made reservation online, but vehicle was not available due to being serviced. The team offered a replacement vehicle, and kept my price very reasonable. Daily rate came with unlimited miles. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks, guys. You were great!

Horrible experience. They misrepresented policy and charged me almost $400 for extra liability coverage that was unneeded due to fact my regular insurance was sufficient to cover against liability.NO ONE explained to me, and they refused to reverse charge as courtesy. Manager at Mohegan Lake location was incredibly nasty. I WILL NEVER rent from Enterprise again.

When I went to rent a vehicle, the representatives were nice. I was told no smoking, no pets in the vehicle, which is fine because I don’t smoke and nor do I have pets. However, I got sick and caught an asthma attack while leaving Enterprise. I got home and looked on the side of the car and the back seat and middle console and it was nothing but dog hair. I called enterprise and returned the rental. I was given another vehicle, which was nice. But what if I wasn’t able to make it because of the severity of the attack I had? It will be a while before I rent a vehicle again.

Was told there was no cars and I was my fault for not picking up a car sooner. Your poor planning of not having any cars available is not my problem or fault. My insurance was lied to by your branch workers and my self. My insurance and my self where given a Disconnected number for the regional manager. Why my guess is they where we’ll aware what there doing was wrong and they new it. It felt As if I was me to pay out of my pocket because of the sales tax or something. I have never herd of having to pay out of pocket for car rental. My Agent informed me and the branch reps at enterprise that there is an agreement. To have cars available for the stander rate and not pay out of pocket. I feel as they where trying to take advantage of me. Thinking I hade no choice and need a car. I did need one but not that bad. There is also an agreement between my insurance and enterprise saying I will get an up grade if it has been more the. 24 hours be for a pick up there acted like they hade no idea. I can’t be leave they treat customers this way. My employer uses enterprise we have a corporate account with them so I was very Surprise to be treated treated this way. My job does a lot Business with enterprise. A manager was Supposed to supposed call me what a surprise never happened
