Hertz Rent A Car

First of all I let me say I never complain or give bad views unless it's necessary! I reserved a rental a week in advance for 4pm I had a hair appointment@ 430 mind you. I waited for a hour for someone to show up and actually take care of me Thank God for the lady working in the collision shop next door. She was a lot of help. Upon returning the vehicle on time gas full cleaned out and as perfect as I can return it I get there to FIND OUT THEY IMPOUNDED MY CAR THAT I INFORMED THE LADY I WAS LEAVING THERE WHEN I TOOK THE RENTAL!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED NOTHING LIKE THIS AND I AM VERY UPSET AND UNSATISFIEDud83dudc94

This place sucks! Save yourself time and don’t even bother!

Young man was so helpful! No car available as it was just reserved after my husband was in an accident early this morning and he hada car brought from another location in no time! Excellent customer service.

Lack of maintenance and cleaning of cars! Rental is adjucent to Collision shop. Many cars seems to be fresh from repairs...
