Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed a rental for a couple weeks and rented from Enterprise on Main St. in Buffalo. The staff was quick efficient and friendly. My rental car met my needs and returning the vehicle was quick easy and staff was friendly. I recommend enterprise.

Wouldn't rent me a car because I have a internet bank. But they suggested chime... chime is a internet bank! No masks. No social distancing.nnI called corporate. They was nothing they could do for me. Mind you I've you used my simple card many time to rent here.

What a joke i told lady at counter like 10 times i had cash and had to run to bank she still put my card threw befor i could run to bank then was like oh my bad come back tomorrow and we can get you set.. Go to budget for get rentaprise can't even add a second driver on car cause we used a bank card on a bank account we share whole experience was a joke....

Like the place but when I return the car n time I walked in to return key guy look at miles and said I was good to gothe next day they call asking Where's the car told them they see the keys now but still didn't put that I returned it til the day after that and then when I called they fixed it again but still put me as late when I returned it on time

I have never rented from this location I will say the customer service was wonderful! Friendly, polite and quick I was in and out.
