Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My overall experience with Enterprise is Great! I usually visit the Raritan, NJ location. The process is always super easy, as I book my reservation online and by the time I arrive at Enterprise, the car rental is always ready to go. I am usually out of there in 10 minutes with no hassle. I also appreciate how friendly the the employees are at this location. It really makes the overall experience Great!

The entire staff were very friendly. They picked me up within minutes of my reservation. I would've liked a better selection but I understand I needed something last minute. I've always used enterprise and certainly will continue especially if they keep great people and service like what I encountered today!

My experience with Enterprise has never been bad. They are very helpful and explained everything over the phone. I did not even need to do anything once I got there to pick it up. They also gave me a call as soon as they found out that the it was my last day that the insurance company would take care of my rental. That is a key trait especially during this time of difficulty. Enterprise called me last night to confirm a reservation I was intending to pick up today. I went in and was immediately greeted. The person setting up my rental was very courteous and mindful considering the pandemic. She was clear, concise, and made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction.nnThey had a good selection of vehicles under my insurance cap, and I was able to get a Dodge Challenger with latch system for my kids car seats.nnOverall I had a great experience at this particular Enterprise, and I would absolutely rent from here again if the need arises.
