Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car as a consequence of a car accident. Staff was very helpful and a car was new, clean and full of optional safety equipment which set my mind at peace that I am driving a safe car. Highly recommend!

I got into an accident and needed a rental which was covered through insurance. They literally only had 1 car for me to choose from. They convinced me to buy the insurance for $12 a day but never told me I could cancel or change it at any time. The car repairs ended up taking much longer than expected and I was charged over $300 by them. I called to ask why and see if they would work with me in any way. They were not at all helpful and just kept telling me the same thing - which was I had signed for it and did not ask if I could make any changes. I was told my insurance covered up to $50/day for the rental and was never told the extra insurance would have to be covered by me and not my insurance company. After speaking to the woman who said she was the manager I am even more aggravated than before calling. I will NEVER be using their serviced again!

Geico covered 30 days for a rental car. We rented a car that stunk like cigarettes , returned it in 20 days and a month later I got a $568 charge on my credit card. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Very bad experience. Do not use Enterprise!

I had a horrible experience today with both agents. They offered me a vehicle that I didn't like. I thought they would offer me an upgrade, but was asked If I wanted to cancel. I need a vehicle and wanted to upgrade since they didn't have another one in the size I requested. Instead I received poor customer service. I recorded the incident and will provide the video to management. Both agents didn't provide their names.

Staff was friendly and efficient, no problem there. Unfortunately, I did have issues with the truck they gave me. My personal vehicle was rear ended and was in a rental while my truck was in the body shop. When arranging the rental I inquired as to what kind of car would I be getting, they told me a full-size sedan, which is fine. They were kind enough to meet me at the body shop and to my surprise, they unfortunately “upgraded” me to a f250 super duty pickup. No running bars, and impossible to get my 5’3 74 year old mother in it when taking her out for dinner. The truck was registered in NJ, which requires a front license plate and it did not have one. I was pulled over for this, luckily no ticket. I should have pushed back, but since somebody else’s insurance was paying for this (less the $$$ I paid for additional insurance) I kept quiet. The people who dropped and picked the car up were fantastic, I just wish I refused the vehicle and insisted on not receiving a work truck.
