Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a SUV recently and they are great, proactive, responsive and they had blocked a well maintained, 2021 vehicle. I would definitely come back here and would recommend them!!!

Person was nice on the phone. But due to the corona pandemic, it would have been nice if this location contacted me to let me know they were closed permanently. I booked my rental a month plus ahead of time and if I hadn’t called to confirm two days before pickup I’d be s.o.l. Luckily the Edison location was opened and had what I had originally booked. Call your booked rentals to nicely let them know you aren’t open or whatever may the situation end up being. Just common courtesy.

I have dealt with Enterprise in Dayton NJ (Ryan) as well as Marlton NJ (multiple people). Both locations were a great experience. From a warm and friendly welcome to help with resolving issues they were A+. Would definitely recommend for any rental needs!!

Dayton enterprises is the one of the best place to rent the Enterprise car when you're near North Brunswick. I booked online mid size suv for 15 days, and they give me brand new Nissan rogue.nAnd this Dayton Enterprise was $50 price difference compared to other car rentals. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. My insurance adjuster set up a reservation for my rental on a Monday morning. I tried calling after lunch to confirm, but I was on hold for over twenty minutes! When I arrived hours later to pick up my rental, I was told the reservation doesn't exist - that I was told to contact my adjuster to make a new reservation. The young man made no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, he washed his hands of the situation and walked away. I did call my adjuster who called management who in turn spoke to the young man on the phone for less than thirty seconds and the situation was resolved. Why didn't he call management to begin with. The young man also lied to me because when I asked him to look up the reservation by my name, he said that he had already done that and it didn't work. The trouble with that is, at that point I had not given him my name! All I gave him was a reservation number. That young man was arrogant, uncaring, and I hope, not representative of this franchise. However, I will not rent from this branch ever again.
