Priceless

I rented from Priceless last week and I have to say that they went above and beyond. Expedia said the office was open until 6:30pm but it was 6pm. I got there after 6pm but Trish and Francine went out of there way to make sure I got the car that evening. The car was nice and clean and Fran followed up with me the next day to make sure all was good. I saw a lot of bad reviews but I had nothing but a positive experience and will use them again!!!

Shameful that they gave themselves a five star review in order to bump up from the single stars everyone else gave them. ZERO STARS is more appropriate. I reported their self review and hopefully Google will remove it so people are not misled. That's what these guys specialize in... misleading people.

DO NOT BOOK FROM HERE. EVER. They have an “F” from the Better Business Bureau for a reason...they either won’t have a rental available and never refund your money or they’ll overcharge for everything and never refund anything. Forget about their customer service, it’s a nightmare. It’s easier to just walk to your destination than rent from here.

I dealt with priceless 3 times last month I never had any problem with them ,as matter of fact I found their employees very helpful and very caring when I had issues , Rosaly and Nicole were very nice and did their best to help .nConsidering the fair price that priceless offers and their good customer service I recommend it to every one.

The WORST!!!!!!! They called the day before the reservation saying they were going to be out of cars and I had to pay $50 in advance to secure my rental - that they had confirmed the week before by phone as well. So I said sure and paid. At 8:30am I received a text reading that I had two hours to pick up my rental car. So I went to the address... It's the Exxon gas station parking lot outside the Holland Tunnel. Went inside and asked if they knew anything about a rental company and the guy handed me a card with five different phone numbers on it. Called the Jersey City number and that guy told me they were out of cars but expected some back soon. Told him I'd rather not wait in the gas station lot right outside the Holland Tunnel and to call me when the cars were ready. At noon I still hadn't heard anything so I called back. No one knew who I was and there were still not cars available but they would be there in 5 mins. I asked again to be called when they were ready. At 2:45 a woman called and said she was nearing the gas station, so I told her I'd head over. When I got there she was gone and no one was able to give me a car. So I called again, and that's when they let me know that the unlimited mileage is only good in the tri-state area. I booked through Expedia and it's not disclosed ANYWHERE - I even went so far as to make another booking to be sure I hadn't missed it, and no, I definitely didn't miss it, because it's simply not there. So I agreed to pay an additional $20 per day for the rental to cover the out of state miles. At this point it was 4:30, my travel day was gone, my family was starting to melt down being stuck in a gas station parking lot for all this time, so of course I agreed. That's when I was told that they may not be able to get a car to me today, might have to wait until the morning... They'd call me back in five minutes to let me know. We didn't hear back from them for another 30 minutes. By that time I was walking my family back home for the second time and told Nicole to cancel the reservation. Got home and was able to find a much nicer car for the new price these guys were going to charge me, with a legitimate car rental company. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. TOTALLY UNDEPENDABLE.
