Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was very pleased with the service I received. The night I was scheduled to pick up a heavy duty truck, there was a very bad rain storm. The staff called to see if I was still coming, I called them with updated ETA’s as it was nearing closing time.nnFinally I received on last call from Brandon 15 minutes after his shift ended asking how long before I arrive. When I said 5 more minutes I was relieved to here him say I’ll be waiting for you.nWhen I got inside, he did not rush me or the process. He walked me through everything as if I were the first customer of the day. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.nWhen I returned Sunday, Brandon came over to meet me and even remembered my name. Thank you Brandon, you shine!

Everyone is very friendly and professional. My check is was a breeze and returning car was effortless.

Poor customer service. I had been a loyal customer for over a year, renting monthly but they refused to even consider a dispute over a cleaning fee, claiming instead I should be happy it wasn’t more. A shame as they were otherwise a good place to rent from. It seems under new management (a hyper passive aggressive guy called Brandon) they’re more focused on money than retaining long term customers.

Prices increased dramatically in June 2020. I've rented from Enterprise literally about 50 times in the last 2 or 3 years and find them to be the best. I think the price increase is due to the fact that Hertz might go bankrupt and all the Enterprise locations in 2 counties where I live have been shut down for the pandemic leaving one central office open. Staff for all 50 rentals I have had I would give the highest stars to for being professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Enterprise.

Too many issues trying to get a rental, I rent with Enterprise all the time ,I like the experience with them in comparison to other rentals, that being said, I can't recommend this location highly I understand businesses have policies especially if your trying to use a debit, then I tried my credit card and asked if I could make an adjustment to the number of days, that was discouraged. Ok fine allowed for a day or two ( losing work days mind you, the reason I needed the rental) to allow things to clear up with using my debit to fit their policy then I check the site and there not even any rentals available.
