A very pleasant experience ,easy fast and convenient. Jill is the best!
I called the day before my rental car need, and they were able to accommodate. It was pouring out when I went to pick up the car and they let me know where I could best meet them at the shop so that I would not get wet. Aleksa and Sean are always courteous and go the extra mile to make me feel valued. They explained the gas purchase option which actually SAVED me money! Imagine that. I'll be back.
Easy to reach by bus. My customer rep was very helpful - she located another mini-van for me nearby when the one I was offered proved unsuitable. On return, the process was very fast and they had me on my way in just a few minutes.

I made a reservation for a car through their website. The next day the office called to tell me that they didn't actually have any cars! I asked them if they could help me find a new car — they were able to find a new car at a different location, but at a much more expensive rate. I was eventually transferred on the phone to someone who told me that a manager would contact me to fix the problem: get me a car at the same rate or better. This review was written almost a week after the incident and I still have not been contacted by anyone. I would not recommend Enterprise to anybody after this incident.
