I went to Enterprise and was referred by McGovern Jeep's body shop. I had an excellent experience with both businesses. Enterprise offered to pick me up. They had my rental vehicle ready for me. The employees and manager were genuinely great. Thank you!
I had to rent from them for a while due to an issue with my vehicle. The first car they gave to me smelled like weed and it was awful. I had to return that vehicle and the next one they gave me, they then turned around and sold two days later so I had to them to pick up a new one. The next vehicle they gave me broke down on the side of the road two days later and they refused to call me a tow truck or offer me some type of compensation for a pick up. They suggested I ride with the tow truck. I then accidentally left a pair of sunglasses in the broken down vehicle and they declined to take responsibility for locating them because it wasn’t their tow company. Very poor experience, no excuse for selling my vehicle then giving me a broken one.
Rented a cargo van to move a roomful of stuff across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and it couldn't have worked out better. Office was very accommodating on pick up and drop off. And then when we thought we'd left some keys behind, they went to the lot where the van had been moved to double check for us. And the rental deal was simple and straightforward. No surprises. No hidden costs. Yay.
