Ezra Home Care is an exceptional organization in that they truly take the time to get to know their clients and match them with the right caregiver. In the period of time that Ezra worked with my mom, I found the administrative team to be friendly, professional, and understanding, and the caregivers they employ dedicated and well-trained. I can’t recommend Ezra highly enough!

We have worked with Ezra Home Care for several years. Their professionalism, reliability and consistency are important factors in recommending them. So far we have used one rock-solid, caring, helpful sweet CNA. She has not only cared for our elderly mother, but by association our father, as she helped him bring Mom to the doctor, helped get her ready for appointments or dinners out with him on occasion, and she also cooked them breakfast. Mom needs constant tending to when awake, and our wonderful caregiver has helped us all out with a smile on her face throughout. We would have no hesitation recommending Ezra.

When the need for outside help became obvious, I interviewed three different agencies, hired two, but within just one month it was clear that Ezra Home Care was the best. So now, I work with them exclusively.nOf particular value to me were/are the following qualities of their work:n1)tTheir client needs assessment was extremely diligent, and they showed great commitment to matching the client and the aids they sent;n2)tBy now, we have had several aids work with my husband. All were trained, reliable, well-vetted, mature and personable caregivers, all showed interest in my husband and took initiative in identifying areas where assistance was needed and creativity in how to help;n3)tThe management of Ezra Home Care stays involved with the client’s family, communicates directly, regularly, and in a timely manner. They solicit honest feedback and use it without delay to achieve the best care. I used Ezra’s services for several months as my mother’s dementia was getting worse and she began wandering at night in her assisted living facility. I had met a representative from Ezra at the Assisted Living residence several years earlier. and I immediately got a genuine and sincere feeling that they would really care about my mom should I ever need their services.nnWhen I did need them, they were incredibly responsive and met with me to better understand my mother’s situation in order to select the best caregiver based on her needs. I felt like they really listened to me and worked hard to find the right caregiver match. The caregivers were very professional and did their best to care for my mother, including leaving a detailed written log each day so that we got a better understanding of her baseline.nnIn addition, the Ezra team was incredibly helpful advising me overall on my mother’s living situation. They helped me navigate and submit for her long term care insurance and were always there for support 24/7 literally. One night (a Saturday night) my mother did not want the caregiver to enter her apartment and someone from Ezra’s office was at her apt within 15 mins to help resolve the situation.nnTo sum it up I was pleasantly surprised to find such an incredibly supportive team of people who were so caring, supportive, highly responsive all while providing caring, quality care givers. In addition, they had a profession office staff and organized billing procedures.nnOverall, I would highly recommend Ezra Home Care.
