Budget Car Rental

Extremely helpful, the only people who were able to help me! I could not reach the main budget rental, when the location in Billerica could not provide me the vehicle they promised this location was able to help me. Mike was so helpful in giving me a great deal and excellent customer service. I was so impressed with the quality of service here, especially since I could not get through to the main customer service at budget trucks. Really satisfied with my experience and would come here again for all of my rental needs! Much better service then others in the areas BY FAR!

This is a great place, I had to make an emergency last minute trip; every other car rental establishment in the city was out of stock. These guys had just a few vehicles left and yet they were still able to help me out last minute. I returned very very late at night/early morning the next day and left a few items in the truck. I called them a day later when I realized I was missing a few things and they already had them waiting for me in the lost and found. Due to my very late return trip I left the tank on this giant truck almost empty, I was fully aware that this was going to cost me a significant amount. During my call looking for my lost items they brought up the gas bill and without provocation cut it in half! If that’s not real customer service I don’t know what is. At this location ask for Mike, he’s amazing. 5/5 stars fair prices, great customer service zero complaints.

Nick D. Is one of your hidden talents that’s deserves a raise! In a emergency I needed to acquire a car due to a close friend being involved in a four wheeler accident, put in ICU. He listened (#1 in customer service) and proceeded to go above and beyond to acquire an available car for me.( #2 is follow thru) If I had enough money to start my own business I would be stealing him out from under you to have this representative !! He deserves a raise, to be recognized and be given opportunities to grow within your business. Please realize his talents! Not many put in the efforts in work and responsibilities, to help when needed. I for one will bring my business back to you due to this individuals efforts and I want you to be aware that he is a very rare breed! In the world of fast easy and effortlessness he is willing to go the mile to help. So very much appreciated. I have worked in the customer service field for over fifteen years and I know talent when I see it!

I used to rent from Enterprise, mostly because they would come pick you up and drop you off. In a bind, I found out that Budget does that as well. This led to my first rental with the Nashua location. I've since rented several more times. The customer service provided by all employees I have encountered is top notch! Tonight I returned a car and as soon as I got back home, realised that I had left a gift in the car that I needed first thing in the morning. Being after hours, I called hoping to leave voicemail. I was pleasantly surprised to get Mike on the phone who returned to the office just so I could get my bag from the car! This is Customer First service and puts Budget far above the competition! I will continue to only use their services for my rental car needs -- you should too!

They are great people! Always trying to help anyone they can! And quick and easy! Great service! I would tell anyone to go here over enterprise!! They are way nicer!! Also enterprise is about the business and money in there pocket , not the customers!!
