Avis Car Rental

After having a very negative experience with Enterprise, we discovered Avis in Lebanon. While renting a car is a very stressful experience, I can honestly say I’ve never had such a good customer service experience as I did at Avis today. Sandra went above and beyond to ensure that I had a car to drive while mine is being repaired. I highly recommend using Avis for your rentals going forward. Even if your insurance links with Enterprise, you are free to choose whomever you want for rental. Avis will direct bill to Geico. Sandra deserves a lot of acclaim for her customer service performance. A genuinely kind human being who truly cares about the customers she’s working with. So thankful to have this option now.

We were on a day trip to VT on a Saturday from CT when we experienced some car trouble in Putney, on a day where the local car rental agencies were closed. Stranded with my family, I reached out to the local Ford dealer who gave me the number for the West Lebanon AVIS for some hope. With 30 mins before closing, JD was brainstorming on how to help. Within minutes, he called me back, told me he had a van for my family and I and he would drive down to where we were, almost an hour away. Within time, we were on the road.nnJD is a great example of customer service to the fullest. He went above and beyond to make sure we were lifted out of a very tough situation into peace of mind. My family and I are grateful for his service and dedication. When in the area, ask for this gentleman!

I appreciated that I was able to rent the car at a remote airport location. Very helpful staff at Lebanon Airport in New Hampshire.

My problem is with the return place at Logan. I am handicapped. It is the worst handicapped accessible/manageable place I have ever encountered. We should talk.
