Big misunderstanding with price. Didnt fix issue . Didnt have the car I reserved . Big headache
I have been renting from Enterprise for a while, over 5 yrs or more. It was a a smooth transaction. Rented from the app. When we got to pick up the vehicle it was smooth to get up and going.
One issues where:
The car was dirty from the inside. Dirty windows(inside and out), dirty seats. I believe they did not wipe the car down nor sanitize it. When we tried to clean the windows with the window wash cleaner but spraying it, there was no solution.
Use them exclusively for vehicle rentals in the Las Cruces area - friendly, up front about any & all costs & conditions, quick service, no hard sell, & they're taking the pandemic seriously. Convenient location, easy in & out. Highest recommendation.
Our first time using Enterprise, and we were very pleased. The car, a Nissan, was in excellent condition. Check in and out happened very efficiently, and we'll use them again.
Vehicle provided was not in the size class I reserved. When I got to the pick up location I was told that the size vehicle I reserved was available for more money.
Vehicle had a dirty rag under the driver's seat, sunflower seed hulls in the back seat and the wiper fluid reservoir was dry. Also, the vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. I was told it was a non smoking vehicle. At return the agent did give me a $17 credit against the rental contract. They at least tried to make things right. Not enough, as I had to drive 2 days without air conditioning to avoid the cigarette odor.
