Customer service in the Las Cruces office located in the mall has the best employee's! They have always been very kind and helpful. They need a raise 💕 The rentals are expensive and I believe there should be a discount for recurring customers like myself. My last rental I had to go through my choice privileges rewards to receive a 30% off. I have rented from other places for less but the customer service was the best at Avis.
You did exactly what you said you would. Car performed mostly perfectly (had some pretty bad Wheel shake between 55&65 mph) but other than that was well maintained.
When I went to pick up the system was down but your employees were kind and courteous and instead of making us wait for the system to come back online they diligently wrote down the information they needed in order to get me on the road on time. I greatly appreciate it!
Expensive. Cost us $1,700 to rent an SUV for 9 days! But the Tahoe was a good vehicle. Dirty when received with no manual and needing an oil change.
Great vehicle but need to do a better cleaning the vehicles. After returning the vehicle the employee apologized and gave us a discount.
The hours at the location were really weird and sort of inconvenient especially on Sunday (when I thought I had to return my car). A mile into driving I saw the maitinence required pop up. When I tried to call to see what I should do I was directed to the main offices and they weren't really helpful so I just kept the car. The staff at Avis Las Cruces was super nice and the best part of the experience.
