The customer service I received from Adam was nothing but rude and condescending. The minute we walked into the building which is now at SP auto detailing I felt uncomfortable because we were not even greeted with hello when Adam finally showed up to his desk. Adam was slouching on his desk, music blaring and every question we asked him was answered in a short and rude fashion. The vehicle we rented was dirty, it smelled of heavy smoke, we found a lighter in between the seats, dog hair, spills in the console, and even found orange peels under the back seats. Once we returned the vehicle we weren’t even greeted with a hello again, he asked for the keys inspected the vehicle, came back inside and said, “are you glad to have your car back?” We responded, “yes of course” and Adam says, “good, because you put a lot of miles on that car, I mean a lot” with a glaring look at us. I have nothing against enterprise but I will not be returning to that specific location.

This Enterprise location is the BEST!!! Very professional....nice cars and very clean. No complaints at all. AWESOME STAFF at the Enterprise in China, Mi. at St. Clair Chevrolet....they are all very friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for the GREAT service.nn5/10/19...nAnother GREAT experience with Enterprise (Maine City). All the employees I have dealt with there are GREAT!!! I have mostly dealt with Adam...very professional, friendly and very accommodating. Adam goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Always a GREAT experience. Thank you Adam.

The woman renting the car was very rude and not helpful at all. Would not work with me or help. No one explained their policy when originally booking car for rental. I have used enterprise many times and have never had an issue. DO NOT Recommend!!!!

I’ve rented twice from Adam, he’s so helpful and has made a potentially stressful situation so very easy! Easiest part of both trips!! The cars were both brand new and drove perfectly, I felt safe and in great hands with Adam at Enterprise!! I’ll never use anyone else for car rental!
