Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental agent was very nice and helpful. Although, my rental only had half a tank of gas in it. Ok, but it was recalled and I had to take it back and I had filled the tank the night before. The replacement vehicle had low tire pressure and they wouldn't let me have it. (they could have driven it across the street to the gas station) So, now I have to take the recall vehicle an extra 30 miles round trip to pick up the replacement. This one only had a quarter of a tank of gas in it. After complaining, they offered to fill the tank, but I was way behind schedule now and didn't have time for this whole affair. I would never rent a vehicle from Enterprise again.

They were very nice when picking up the car. We did everything online a day before including a military discount. Great car. Thank you!

Despite the Windham office being closed because of covid they worked with me and allowed me to pick up and drop off the car in the Windham location.
