We missed our flight this morning at the Quad City airport. So, we went to enterprise to extend our rental and the nicest most helpful woman was being screamed at by a very rude platinum member. This woman went out of her way to help us and I say that because they weren't even open yet. She deserves a raise her name is Tara Carpenter. If you need anything she'll help you with a smile. Just remember be nice to your essential workers folks. I felt so bad for how she was treated. Thank you very much enterprise always there when I need you.

I absolutely love how Enterprise makes it so easy by coming to me, they get it!! Clearly if I need to rent a car I obviously don’t have a way to get to and from to them to get my rental. They have the paperwork already completed so we just need to take a quick minute to review it then once I sign I’m on my way. They are always courteous, professional and understanding and wanting to help. I ONLY use Enterprise Rental Car and I suggest you do as well!!

The rental was set up on line. We simply showed out ID and method of payment and we were on the road. A clean quality vehicle was waiting parked and ready. We enjoyed our trip and then parked back in the same spot and dropped the keys. An email receipt was provided. Great and some experience.

My reservation was at 9am. There is literally no one here at the airport. No customers at all! It's now 10:01 and I am still waiting for my vehicle to get cleaned.

Rented a car through enterprise a month in advance as we have had good luck with them in the past. Our flight was delayed, we ended up getting in a 4 pm instead of 3 pm on a SATURDAY and everyone had left for the day. We were stranded as the other car rental businesses had nothing available. Uber is not running currently due to COVID. There was nothing on their website and nothing about closing at 3 pm. Why were we allowed to schedule at all??? Terrible service. Glad we made a reservation in advance for nothing...
