The person working was great at finding us a rental but the first two vehicles we looked at were not clean and had disgusting smells. The first vehicle smelled like weed and had something sticky on the seat. the Second had dog hair everywhrre and smelled like wet dog. Again the lady working did get us a vehicle that worked but it was a process and in not sure why they would offer dirty vehicles.

Good experience. We loved our KIA Sorrento. Brakes are a little touchy, but loved the car. WE would definitely ask for it again, if we could get it.

dishonest practice! Agent did not communicate a two day charge, was led to believe it was one day only. Then when I challenged the total as i was dropping off the car, I was told there was nothing that could be done because it was another person's contract. Avis was the only rental open and i feel like they took full advantage of me because of this. I was told there was only one vehicle and then charged me for two days when the rental was one day and 3 hours. I will never recommend Budget or Avis and I will tell my story daily, including Social Media. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

They had me in and out once I flew into Bloomington. I had a funeral to get to and they went above and beyond. Very thankful for the woman that helped me during what was, a very stressful time.

This is another one of those cases where the rental agent tries to pull a fast one on you to increase your rental car fee.nnShe offered me an SUV when I ordered a sedan. I had reserved a full size sedan. I told her I did not want an SUV I wanted a sedan.nnShe wanted $12 a day more for the SUV. I insisted I ordered a sedan and that's what I wanted. She finally advised me that she was out of sedans and the SUV was all she had.nnI took the SUV but she had to give it to me at the quoted price for the sedan. This is how they operate in order to increase your bill when it is their own fault that they did not reserve my vehicle of choice.nnI've rented many vehicles from budget and therefore I have to say this was an isolated incident. I just feel however it was a little sleazy to try and make up for their losses on me.
