Had no trouble picking up or dropping off the vehicle. Car was clean, fueled up and ready to go. Very quick, friendly and efficient service.
I have had two really wonderful experiences renting from Hertz here. The rental process was smooth and easy and the cars were pristine. What made the experience worthy of a review was the customer service -- they went the extra mile to be friendly and make the trip great. I will be back!
My car need to be repaired and I have to rent a car for daily commute. their vehicles are new and well-kept, I drive to Chicago twice and feel very comfortable. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

The representative at the front desk was rather rude. He snatched my debit card out my hand and shoved it back to me saying that they don’t take debit cards, “no one does”. I will never rent a car from hertz.
