Great Rental Car Company, but I wish the daily prices weren't so high & the deposit is now $300.
DONT use the web reservation! At 9:10am Made a reservation for 9:30- arrived for pick up at 10:20am and they gave MY CAR AWAY because I didn’t confirm an email. If that’s the way you need it sone then you should have put it in BIG BOLD PRINT.nCall- don’t bother reserving when in an hour they will give your car awayud83eudd74ud83dude21
Wish I could give 0 stars! Ramari from Enterprise in Normal called me a 1/2 hour before I was to pick up my rental car I reserved days ago to tell me there were NO cars! The solution from Enterprise was to pick up a car 4 hours later. I reserved a car at a specific time, because that’s when I needed it.nnThis particular Enterprise is extremely unprofessional and unpredictable. Renters beware!!
I reserved a minivan on FEB 22 for a MAR 25 pickup and was notified less than 24 hours prior to pickup that they cannot accommodate my reservation. What's the point of reserving a month ahead if they don't know what they have available? I have had trouble with Enterprise in the past. I will never rent a car through Enterprise again. Save yourself the hassle and rent from Hertz when in Bloomington-Normal.
The last few times I have tried renting here, I've showed up and they don't have the vehicle type that I have reserved.nnIf you are looking for a particular class or type of vehicle, I recommend you rent from someone else.
