Excellent Customercare!! Recently I got a rental car with huge discount and with my choice of car to compensate previous rental mistake of vehicle was not available even after reservation. Chris, the branch manager at veterans parkway location is an awesome person. Very helpful and so polite. I will definitely go to him for my next rental car.

I out a reservation in for one weekend, they called, and said they hadno available cars. I told them that would be fine, I would just move my plans to the following weekend. They said the would reserve it, and promised they would have one ready. The next weekend comes, and they call me the day before I am supposed to pick the car up, and said they would have none available. I have used enterprise for years, rented many cars, but after the actions of this one location, I will never use them again, and suggest others find another company also.

Enterprise is a great rental agency, not only because they offer competitive prices, but they also have deals for rentals for a week. As well as, booking several weeks ahead of time. They are note worthy in customer service, taking care of returning customers, as well at new.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt it’s necessary for this situation. Last week I scheduled a car rental for today’s date for a little over $300. Today 1hr before my pickup time I got a call saying no vehicles where available. I was also told I will need an additional $300 if they happen to find one for me later. I am very much disappointed because I needed the car for something very important and I feel like I wasn’t given a enough notice, not only on the extra $300, but on the possibility that I may not receive a car even though I scheduled a week ahead of time. Also, a representative calling me an hour before my pick time allowed me no room to come up with a plan B. I am very disappointed with my experience with Enterprise.

Rented a car here and have done so about 3 times (provided by a repair shop). Each time the car was dirty and rushed to be able to turn it around to another customer faster. My last rental smelled of Marijuana to the point it was nauseating. The windows had a yellow film on the inside?? There is no way it was moved/driven by a employee and they thought it could be ready to send back out. Unacceptable and I expect better.
