I wish I knew his name but the guy who runs the Budget rental office is such a nice guy. He took great care of my needs. My car was totaled and I had to renew my rental several times. It was quick, easy and seamless. And he always remembered who I was. When I dropped the rental off after hours, I inadvertently left my garage door opener in the car and when I dropped the key in the lock box I could not get back into the rental. I called the next morning, hoping the car wasn't rented and sent out with my opener in it. As soon as I said my name he asked if I was missing my garage door opener. He had it waiting at the desk for me.nnGood service is priceless.

The Gentleman who helped me was very hospitable, very professional, he was what made the experience a pleasure. He asked the right questions to fulfill my request minutes later I was on the road in a very clean, sanitized economy car. Upon returning the vehicle he had expedited the process and I was out about my business in minutes I would recommend this store to everyone who needs to rent a vehichle. Thank you to budget rentals for caring enough about your customers to make sure the cars are clean and sanitized.

The agent was very helpful and we were able to rent a car at the last minute due to a parent who had been placed in hospice care and had little time to live. I got there to pick up the car right before closing, the first car, the low tire pressure light went on when I was about a mile down the road. I returned to Budget where the agent promptly got me another car - which was awesome! However, the 2nd car reeked like cigarette smoke, but it was past closing time and I needed the car then, so I took the car and then notified the agent when I returned the car about the cigarette smoke odor. I have never had a rental car that smelled like cigarette smoke, so I was a bit surprised.
