Anthony is the most hideously unprofessional person I've encountered in a long time. I cancelled a free, insurance provided rental to not have to deal with him.

Made a reservation for 8 am, get there and the guy is like we won’t have a vehicle for you until 11, and his reasoning was I made my reservation after hours so they had no time to get a vehicle... okay but you saw what time my reservation was this morning when you got in, you could of called me so I wouldn’t waste my time in coming up her so early in the am. I ended up just taking my money some places else because I really didn’t have the time or patience for the unprofessionalism. Good customer service in the Midwest is hard to come by.

I've never had problems with Waukegan Hertz car rental. They get you in and out pretty quickly, and do look to get you the best deal, which is great because all the car rental websites are so confusing with multiple packages. And I've always gotten a pretty nice car.

I had the best car rental experience here. These guys were great to work with and honest. The Branch Manager has great customer service skills. The day I went to pick up the car I was in and out and the car was clean and worked great w/o issues. I plan to rent from here again and strongly recommend this place!

Showed that they were open and running.nShowed up at the office - sign on the door, no one here, call number.nCalled number, they won't be here for another 30 min or so and don't have SUV available at all for the day! And its Friday and they are closed on the weekend and yeah, hertz showed that they are open and have the car!
