I gave RampNOW 5 stars because of the exceptional service that Eric provided. He was very kind, conscientious and thorough! On his first visit he tested every aspect of our chair lift. He soon realized that he needed to order a part. When he realized that it would take too long to receive the part, he came back within the week and found a way to bypass the needed part to ensure that I was able to use the lift until the part was received. Once the part was received he came back to install the part and the chairlift works perfectly! I also was very thankful to Eric for taking the time to answer all my questions. He is a wonderful asset to RampNow Company and if needed (hopefully it won't be necessary) I will ask for him again!

Kudos to Ramp Now and to Stephine who answered all my inquires. Especially to Erik Vanderberg the stair lift installer. He called ahead to inform me of his arrival. Went right to work, explained how everything worked. Very polite and informative. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I highly recommend this company

The install was perfect with no mess to clean up. RampNOW representative was very helpful in thoroughly explaining the operating instructions and answering our questions. He was also very patient with my dad in explaining how to use the equipment. Thank you RampNOW!

We love having a relationship with RampNOW. Members of the team are respectful, friendly and very responsive to all questions, requests for information, or concerns. We had to have the entire chairlift taken out for an appliance delivery and each person with whom we interacted made it a great experience. I definitely recommend RampNOW.
