Pay over $900 to rent a vehicle for two weeks... made sure they took their money from my bank account right away, but took their sweet time returning my deposit hold!
I can not speak for Budget as a whole, but if you use them, Do not use this location. I reserved a truck and received confirmation of reservation. I got to the location and was informed by the employee that no trucks were available for reservation. They also did not offer any type of consolation or even a twinge of concern over the error. So I went across the street to uhaul who price matched and provided me with excellent service.
Employee was very friendly, kind and helpful. Addressed all my needs and concerns. Highly recommended.
Wanted to charge us $400 to drop off the car 45 minutes closer to us at a dofferent budget location. What a joke!
I have used this location for business rentals for 3 to 5 years. Agent Deirdre Richardson has always been helpful and customer oriented. Unfortunately, she is always there without any support. A good thing she handles all the situations with a smile.
