Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always rent especially from this last location area , although this time they was very late picking me up, missing a very important business Closing and I miss out on a giant sale , I was hurt because of this being always satisfied from the past services I received enterprises. I spoke to the associated just minutes after opening 8pm. He spoke to me saying they’ll pick me up before 11:00 am. I called back they total forgot about me. I was picked up finally just before 2pm. At this message I feel that enterprise should at lease given me a free two days rental credit , besides i had great intentions on closing my sales and would have should the associated at enterprise hadn’t forgot about me to pick me up per our conversation at this recent rental that early morning. I did my part as a consumer doing business the right way. Now I still have to pay full Price. That’s not fair they making money but my losing out. When I could have earned the money from a lost out promise to be picked up. I feel that explaining this to whom ever nothing will be possible be done on my behalf as a dedicated customer. However at lease I’m responding in a timely manner per this request. I’m hopeful that I will get a return message with some better news for me from enterprise. Today I went in with my mother to rent a car. We were helped by a Victor Cruz. He became irritable when I asked a question about the insurance. Asked me who was renting the car. Now I'm sure if it was his family and he was present he'd make sure his family wasn't being hassled. This location is normally pleasant, never had any rude experience up until today. This is myngo to location for rentals. Probably going to find another location going forward. This guy was overly rude. Whatever problems you have wasn't with me, it's with whatever you refused to leave at the door before you started your work day. Good luck keeping return customers with this guy around.

It was a great experience. We will be using them again! Very nice staff and the car was spotless and ran smooth.

totally disappointing. Requested a Luxury vehicle AWD with NAV, 4 days in advance. Showed up, and all they had was RWD BMW. Told them I'd come back the next day for a AWD and give them time to get one,didn't have to be a BMW, but was paying for a Luxury vehicle. Came back next, day and all they had was a Jeep Compass! Hard ride, and a gas tank that requires filling up every 2-3 hours. But they did take $30 off my overall bill. Gee Thanks!
