The supervisors that run these places are so fraudulent. They don't care about doubling routes on the driver's to be in separate locations at the same time which means the children are always late for school. I advise any parent who is thinking about using this company to service their children check with other companies first.
The school bus service provided by this company is horrible. They have been late 11 times this year. Sometimes they don't show up at all. Last month they tried to drop off my 9 year old at the wrong location, twice on the same trip home from school. Today they were 45 min late picking up my 4 year old, with special needs, from school then left her at daycare in the lobby. Did not hand her over to anyone. Left her right by the door. We have left messages for the supervisor since the beginning of the year when all these problems started and not one call has been returned. I'm hoping some one who cares will contact me. If you have a choice on bus transportation for you students, look somewhere else.
