The service is terrible here. First time here I walk in and no one is at the desk. About 10 minutes later a guy walks in and sits behind the desk and waits another 2-3 minutes before he assisted the guy who was in front of me. Then, when conducting business the guy spoke so low I had to ask him to repeat himself over and over to the point he developed an attitude, an attitude because he doesn't want to speak up.nnMy 2nd time here I made a reservation for 11am only to get here to be told the were no vehicles available until 3pm. I'm a patient person. I sat in the lobby until then, actually I here now. It's 3pm and still nothing. If I would've known I had to wait 5hrs for a vehicle I reserved, I would've just went some place else. Never doing business here again.
Jose Morales has always been very helpful. Today I dropped my Budget rental at his location instead of the original location in Ohio and he worked out a very good deal for me.
Jose at the front desk was awesome! Got me in and out within 5 minutes. Even upgraded me for a great price. Customer service was executed perfectly. This is my new rental spot thanks to Jose!!
