Nancy, Tim, and Joe are the best!! Great selection of cars. It has been nice being able to rent from either National or Enterprise without any issues.

Worst and most furiating experience with this rental company. I had a rental reservation and I called to say that I was going to pick up the car late since I was called in to work for an emergency at the hoapital. The employee I spoke with on the phone stated it was fine and the car will be there. When I go to pick up the car, not only did they give my car I had reserved but did not have any other option for me. I had to delay my trip due to this issue, and rented from another company since neither Tim (the manager) or the employee did nothing to help me with the situation they had put me in. I would avoid this rental company.

I had a worst experience at this location, they have very limited cars and the response they gave is harsh. This location manager Mr. TIM POWERS is very rude and he doesn't even know how to be polite with customers, I don't know how he became a manager.nnI have been renting cars in National/Enterprise from past 6 years but this is the first time I felt like not to rent at this location again. Tim was pointing his fingers towards us and said that he don't care. I would strongly suggest National Management to demote him from manager position.

Worst National Location & Experience. I have been using National for over years now and also an Executive Elite. This location is by far the worst. I've rented a car over here and went there to pick-it up. The car was pulled upfront and handed to us, It had a keyless entry. We put in our luggage in the trunk and realized that the keys were in the driver seat and got locked out. We let the staff know & asked if hey had a second set of keys. A few mins later the Manager [Tim Powers also the manager of Enterprise] comes up to us with an arrogant attitude, tells us straight that since we signed the contract its our responsibility now with no empathy to resolve it what so ever. Above all he seemed so judgemental & racial the way he was speaking to us with no empathy towards our situation. I totally understand if there's nothing he could do to help us, but he was reluctant to help us what so ever despite the fact that the Keyless entry shouldn't lock us out if the keys were inside. I was always proud of the service I used to get with National, took years to build that relation. Too bad all it takes is single bad manager to ruin all that. I've shared this experience with National customer rep, offcourse they were nicer and did waive the rental fee. I wanted to share the apathy the manger here has shown towards us and the issue.

It is worst experience ever. I have been renting for past 7 years and I never had such an experience and specially I didnt expect this kind of service from national car rental
