Mainly the staff that works there. Made it super easy and super efficient and that's why I gave them 5 star. Also they upgraded me to a bigger car without me even asking so it was a nice surprise. Overall one of the easiest car rental experiences.

Easy to deal with AVIS. Rental agents are all so helpful and polite. Cars are clean and in wonderful condition.
The guy's who are working there need a special training. i return the car i rented on 23rd July and i was charged for another one week that i wasn't using the car, now am trying to get a refund called their phone more than 2weeks now no one is answering my call. so stupid!
