No problems here, had a quick and easy drop off experience.
Terrible experience. They charged me for an upgrade that I did not order or consent to and for an extra day that I did not use! After calling them for several weeks to try to sort it out and getting the run around or rude and unhelpful responses, I don't even know what to do now to get back the money ($160) they essentially stole from me.
Irresponsible and rude staff. They don't know, what they are doing and the only answer for all questions is Call Customer Service or go to Logan airport

Worst experience for my car rental so far. The staff (Hamid) was very unfriendly and rude. Didn't provide accurate information at the time of rental and then made up information when I returned my car. I was told that the agent (Caitlynn) who gave me incorrect information at the time of rental will contact me to settle the bill, but, no one contacted and my card was billed a few days later. I called this rental location except to put on hold for 15 minutes before they disconnected me. I have asked my company to take them off the list of car rental for their employees.
