The staff were polite and friendly; but more importantly, they were accommodating when the vehicle I rented was not returned in time by the previous user. I had considered rating them 4/5 for not having the truck I needed, but it was out of their control and they went the extra mile to make up for it.nnI explained that I was making a delivery and I needed a truck. They helped me determine that a minivan would also work. The minivan would have been more expensive, but the staff offered it to me at the same rate and gave me the additional bonus of not needing to refill the gas. They carefully sanitized the vehicle and put the seats down for me without me needing to ask. Overall an excellent recovery for lacking the vehicle I wanted.

Worst service ever I placed a reservation to pick up a vehicle the store called me 5 minutes until they closed the day prior to my pick up to tell me they didn't have a vehicle they waited all day to tell me this so I had to time to figure out how to get a new reservation. Very unprofessional do not waste your time or money here.

I recently rented a vehicle from a different location and returned it to the dekalb location, the location I originally rented from was giving me a hard time but Spencer stepped in and made my drop off process very quick and easy thank you Spencer! I also want to note that the staff members were very professional and the office was very clean

If I could give zero stars I would! They informed me 3 hours before I was to get a vehicle that they don’t have one for me. I made the reservation 3 weeks ago so it’s not like it was a last minute thing. Now I have to scramble to try and find something last minute all because of their piss poor planning! Thanks for nothing!

The Chevy Suburban that we rented was a great smooth ride for our 1,600+ mile round trip. It was easy to handle on the road and have plenty of room for comfort and style. Enterprise staff members were cordial and answered all our questions. The cost was affordable. We would rent again from them. I gave it 4 stars because the car could have been cleaner, but I infer it was a quick wash & vacuum to keep up with supply and demand.
