Employee told me one price and charged me another price. Also when I asked for the manager they said he wasn't there. Then as I was leaving I saw the manager in the parking lot on the cell phone smoking with some girl. So unprofessional! I went back inside and asked for the corporate number and the employee told me to go f--- myself.
Had a great experience renting while my car was in the collision shop. Staff was professional, fees were well explained, and quick service.
Did not explain the toll charges properly and then got 3 letters charging fees that were not appropriate. I have rented several times from alamo and hertz in multiple states and never had any issues. Best stay away from enterprise and it's hidden charges.
The company's employees are very nice. Not expensive and cars too are very nice. Thanks.
was renting a car through insurance while my car was being repaired after a collision. halfway through the week they demanded that I bring back my rental because they had sold it - even though I still had 3 full days left on my rental!
