We rented a car from this place last month. I must mention the amazing service provided by Mike. I must have called 10 different rental car companies that day and most of them were busy to even talk. Mike went an extra mile and gave me several options for SUVs which for some reason were nowhere available during that week. It was a very clean vehicle that Mike gave us. We had a good trip, thanks to Mike for helping us out. For some reason rental car companies are lacking customer service these days but this location is definitely doing a great job. Thanks Mike for a great experience. I appreciate it

We have been renting cars from this Budget dealer for something like ten years. We mainly have rented from them for vacation and when a car is in the shop.nnRecently, they kept me rolling while my car was getting repairs. Mike and his team have always given us a great effort and really come through for many years. I look forward to renting from this dealer for many years to come!

Great experience! Got my truck very quickly and trailer was even upgraded for free. The employee helped with getting my car loaded and making sure it was safely attached. Best rental experience I’ve had with a moving truck!

Dropped off on timehave video to proof. They close at 1 pm on Sunday.My dropoff time was 4 pm.nFilled out a form with the key stating the time of drop off (2pm). They still charge me for extra day. No calls no emails, just charge on a credit card. Why?nnSpent couple hours with cust service already. They offered to refund half. ( they admitted their fault but still dont want to refund FULL amount, why?)nWrote two emails with videos to corporate office, no reply??!? “Great” service.
