Terrible experience. My family has one car and so my husband has needed to rent a car each week for his work.nFor the past 3 or 4 weeks, we’ve reserved a car for pick up at 7am. Every single time, we show up at 7am and no one is there! We’ve had to wait half an hour for someone to arrive to give us a car.nToday we have experienced the worst service so far—we reserved a car at 7am, show up a little later based on past experience, and there were NO CARS AVAILABLE.nMy husband had to take our personal car, leaving me and our baby without a vehicle to get around. The man at the desk says he’ll personally bring a rental car to me by 10 or 11am. 5 1/2 hours pass and there’s no car, we hear nothing. I call and the man says he’s still waiting on the drivers to get there with a car and that he already has my number and will call me when they arrive with a car.nn1) Show up when your business opens.n2) Don’t rent out a car if you have no car to rent.n3) If there’s a delay, CALL and let your customer know!nnAwful experience. We will never do business with this Avis again.

Great customer service. Mike was very helpful to answer our questions over the phone prior to pick up, he helped ensure we got the right class car, and they followed all COVID protocols.

Excellent customer service.,always provides nice and clean car in this pandemic time, if I’m late sometimes, the manager wait after hours too! always take care of me and other customers too!nThank you for your great work!!

My mum did the pick-up and although she made a mistake regarding which car, she came back the next morning and Mike was very helpful in getting her the right car. I'd also like to mention their pricing is way more reasonable than Hertz and Enterprise. Same vehicle type and rental was almost triple the cost at the other places for the same time period.nnThanks Mike for making the process easy on my mum and thanks Avis for not ripping off your clientèle.
