Worst rental car experience ever! Very understaffed, car was not totally clean and not ready upon arrival. Booked this car for my parents and did not even drive it and and was demanded I pay for me as an extra driver with a fee when I did not drive the car once just booked it under my tab? Very common practice to have staff members book rentals for other people. Got charged 5 times different dollar amounts for each charge..one was for over $700 when my rental was supposed to be $300 something, one charge is still pending 4 days later.. how annoying?! Staff has no idea how to run this establishment. Save your $$ and go to enterprise for a better experience.

Yesterday I picked up a rental car from this location. I didn’t have a whole lot of time to look over it. Turned out the entire car was absolutely filthy inside. I took it back today and to get a replacement and they gave me another absolutely filthy car. I can’t believe they don’t even clean the cars before they give them to people.

Great customer service. I had to get a rental when my car needed repair work done. I was in and out, during the drop off and pick up service. They also dropped me off to the dealer to get my vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again if needed.

Bad service the employees give a bad service they do not have the car you reserved available and they do not return the money 7 to 10 days you have to be calling to make the claim every day do not rent cars in hertz do not throw your money away

If zero stars were possible they would get none. Employees left early before I showed up to get my rental. I called 5 min before my arrival telling them I'm running late to pick up my rental. As soon I arrived there was no one in the building and the doors were locked. The person I spoke to said they would be there waiting. So now what? How am I supposed to get to work when my vehicle is in the body shop?
