Horrible experience. They ran out of cars for over an hour and I didn't receive a discount
Went to thrifty to pick up and ended up waiting 40 minutes for the car, while returning the car, I wasn't greeted by anyone to pick up the vehicle. I had to ask for help by someone who doesnt even work for them Also never got the $200 deposit back, which was supposed to be returned after 10 days but its been 15, and after dedicatedncalling, to at least get the assistance of ONE PERSON, couldn't even happen. I am very unsatisfied. Thirfty is the worst, and I ask that if you want whats best for yourself. NEVER GO HERE

Won’t rent from them again. Thrifty is inexpensive, which is beneficial, and decent vehicles. I never had an issue with the vehicles itself persay. It is the customer service, it’s never even mediocre. Majority of the time I seem to be less important than their personal conversations. And they gave us a code for money off of a rental, we found one we wanted, we couldn’t put in the code online so we called; we were told (for example) $250 is the online price...since I was calling in, they’d have to rent it to me for the full price, $300, in order to use the coupon code. So...false advertising and you tricked me with a discount. Good to know. I’m very disappointed in thrifty.
Good deals, just not on site at Portlands airport, wait time for shuttle 30 min +
