My experience with this company was extremely pleasant. The lady who checked me I’m was so pleasant and patient. I also received a free upgrade and was allowed to pick the vehicle I wanted to drive. I would definitely recommend this renters car company.
Quick and easy process. Great cars. Good price. Not much else to say.
Everything went well and I would’ve gave 5 stars easily, but it became confusing when I returned vehicle, which went well, just that I had to look for where my son had parked to get my ride back home. That was confusing, and I thank God we were able to communicate by phone cause he couldn’t park no where on the premises. So I had to find a way to get to the streets. SMH, it has to be a better way. Other than that it was good!
Check-in and out was easy and quick. Price was better than competitors by quite a bit. I rented a Jeep Cherokee and loved it! My only suggestion is that they go over the controls before you leave with your rental. It took some fiddling to figure everything out.
When I was dealing with a live person my experience was great. My experience with the automated system I received bad information and it frustrated to no end. But my overall experience was great.
