I have used this location multiple times when flying into Midway airport. The service is consistent; good clean cars, nice selection, helpful employees. Once the prices were a little steep, I decided to give Budget a try - nope - never again. I really like the convenience of walking to the board, finding my name walking to the car and driving out!

If there was a no star I would most definitely choose that one. I rented a car back in November and got charged an extra day for a car that I returned on time. They should teach there employees to pay attention more closely... it’s now February and I’m still dealing with this problem. 408 dollars down the drain

Terrible service, short staffed and employees that were there got annoyed when you would ask for help. Very disorganized and no sense of direction anywhere

Had a confirmed 9pm pickup for 4 months. Landed at 815 and proceeded to go pick up rental only to realize that they shut down there store at 8pm. No email to let me know, or phone call. Called operator for help line for hertz, and they said they won’t help us until 7 am in the morning. Had to go buy a hotel they refused to comp for us. Out a couple hundred bucks, 12 hours of my time, and all they could say was I’m sorry.

They are now closing at 8pm. Really should notify customers with reservations close to that time. We were in the airport shuttle for 30 minutes and by the time we got there they were closed. Horrible communication, no sign anywhere! A security officer informed us.
