The rental was ready and waiting when I got there. It was very clean.

What I experienced was very unacceptable, the vehicle had a strong cigarette odor but my wife and I decided to keep that vehicle because with liked the model and wanted to see how it drove. However, when I reached my destination, I noticed a dent on the front driver side fender, on the passenger door above the side view mirror. In addition, the front driver side tire was under inflated and I had to put air in the tire. The paper that I was given showed a full tank of gas when there was only ¾ of a tank of gas, and the outside or the back seat of the vehicle had not been cleaned. When I informed the representative name Lenoir at Midway Airport, she examined that she could not give a credit because I had prepaid and instructed me to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service, the representative was very condescending and explained that all he could do was to give me a voucher for a free rental and not a refund. After asking to talk to a supervisor he gave me the impression that he was very displeased and after putting me on hold for a while, he explained that he would have to set up a call back which I have not received yet.

Staff was respectful and kind, and everything went smoothly without any issues. Overall, very happy with budget and will absolutely use them again!nnDirectly through budget was the easiest way to book the car and also the easiest way to amend the rental dates/times. There was a coupon on the website and it made it cheaper, way less expensive than all other car rental services.nnWhen we picked up, the front desk staff was super friendly, took care of us quickly, and had our car ready for us. No issues whatsoever!nnThe car itself was immaculate and clean and came with a full tank of gas, making it easy to fill up on my own in order to not have to pay for gas through budget.

The price was far less than any other price I found, the car was better than the car I expected, the reservation process was simple, the staff at pickup was fast and helpful, and they drop-off was a breeze. Everything was picture perfect. I'll definitely be using Budget for the future.
