Edit 12/8: Never got a response from these people after contacting them via the method they provided below.nnMade a reservation the night before and no cars were available at this location or the other one. Hours are inconvenient and I have no way of picking up a car any other time this weekend. Guess you guys don't want my business. Tried to reserve a car at a different location and it was 2x more. Cool. Going to think twice before using Enterprise again.
I was picked up at the body shop and from that moment forward the process was seamless. The customer service was exemplary. Quick and easy check in and out. Very friendly and personable staff. Icing on the cake: my rental was upgraded and was the best vehicle I’ve driven in a while:
